• Developing NBK brand communication for local country operations and campaigns, while ensuring the adherence with the strategy, plan, guidelines, policies and processes.
  • Brainstorming new ideas and concepts with creative teams, while maintaining the brand’s coherent voice and image.
  • Responsible for generating, supervising and maintaining communications content and collateral for the bank’s various products and services. e.g. BTL, ATL, radio, messages, profiles, etc.
  • Handling internal campaigns and communication in coordination with other involved stakeholders.
  • Managing, supervising and approving content provided by agency and other vendors to ensure quality standards, creativity and TOV adherence.

  • Liaising with IT and e-commerce teams to develop, supervise and approve the e-channels content and plan for upcoming systems updates and releases.
  • Working closely with social media and digital teams to develop compelling content for all campaigns and promotions.
  • Ensuring plans are mapped against business and brand objectives and cater to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Executing internal communications across different channels and platforms where appropriate.
  • Ensuring alignment of content with corporate communications, banking industry and branding guidelines.
  • Developing one voice and visual presentation on various platforms, while maintaining consistency and visual personality.
